Vishnupriya Rajgarhia is a Research Fellow with the British Council and a Research Assistant at the CCW Centre at the University of Oxford, since 2019. She holds a master’s degree in Fine Art from the University of Oxford, in the capacity of a Levett Scholar. Her research and experience at Oxford was the linchpin to combining her education at Oxford and her undergraduate education in Political Science, with a speciality in Conflict Resolution from Lady Shri Ram College for Women, India. Her research interests are thus spread between the spectrum of visual art and foreign policy. The majority of her work explores the role of soft power, and visual art techniques and their subsequent role in conflict analysis and resolution. She is presently working on examining the bilateral relations between the United States of America and India, with the unique privilege of working with the former Indian Ambassador to the United States of America.
